We will facilitate annual Professional Learning sessions. The term "professional learning" expands upon training and development to ensure the understanding that the work of Cultural Competency is ongoing and continuous. The sessions will include capacity building in the areas of implicit biases, deficit language, exclusionary practices, and build cultural awareness while addressing some conservative views that could lead to unintentional barriers.
