We will facilitate annual Professional Learning sessions. The term "professional learning" expands upon training and development to ensure the understanding that the work of cultural competency is ongoing and continuous. The sessions will include capacity building in the areas of implicit biases, deficit language, and exclusionary practices. We will build cultural awareness while addressing systematic challenges that could lead to unintentional barriers.
Our service includes a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities and a comprehensive report with a project plan with timelines and milestones. We want to empower your team and equip them with the tools needed to succeed. Talk to us today about how we can support your growth. Together, we’ll create and refine your plan for success. We didn’t get there alone, and neither will you.
